Welcome Welcome to Emotional Eating! I started this group because I too have emotional eating problems. So I decided to create this group so I could share my problems and my thoughts with everyone. You do not have to keep a food diary here or tell us your most personal thoughts. We're here to support you when you need it. We also promote healthy eating and exercising. I also have a few rules for you to follow so we can keep this group alive and running.
Rules: 1. No spamming. If you want to talk to us about a wonderful type of product for weight loss then that is fine, but do not join the group for the sole purpose of it.
2. No rude remarks or behavior. Remember we are here to support each other.
