I go up early a few days ago, and opened the curtains at the sliding glass door that looks out to the backyard and my feeders.  I was amazed to see at least 6 pairs of cardinals out there.  I've never seen that many at once.  The juncos are back, but they never stay very long.  I was really surprised this morning to see a nuthatch at my feeder.  I've seen one once or twice in the year and a half that we've been living here, but never on the feeders.

I've been seeing the multiple pairs of cardinals for over a week, now. They seem to like to show up all together and hang out around the yard for a while.  Several of the ladies like to sit on the deck railing, but only one or two at a time.  Once in a while a boy will join them, but that doesn't last long....
