SPECIAL UPDATE FOR MSFYi SUBSCRIBERS
Hello everyone! Here are a few announcements and reminders about National MS Education & Awareness Month.

DINE AT APPLEBEE'S DURING MARCH TO SUPPORT
NATIONAL MS EDUCATION & AWARENESS MONTH®
On Tuesday, March 27th, head over to your local Applebee's Restaurant! On that day, 10% of all proceeds will benefit the programs and services of the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation (MSF).

Keep an eye on your TV, too, because NBA point guard Brevin Knight is bringing national awareness to MS with his public service announcement at Applebee's.

With restaurants in 49 states across the country, Applebee's can help us create a brighter tomorrow for many people with MS. But we need your help. So, dine at any Applebee's on Tuesday, March 27th and play a part in National MS Education & Awareness Month.

To learn more, contact the MSF Public Relations Department at 1-800-225-6495 or send an email to awareness@msfocus.org.

Due to technical problems, our web chat with Dr. Foley has been rescheduled. Join us on Sunday, March 18, at 5:00 p.m. EST.

Depression is common in MS. It is also under-recognized and under-treated. Join this chat to learn more from the Director of Neuropsychology and Psychosocial Research at the Bernard Gimbel Comprehensive MS Center at Holy Name Hospital in Teaneck, New Jersey.

No registration is required for web chats. At the scheduled date and time, just click http://msfocus.org/online_chat.php.

TELECONFERENCE ON MARCH 21:
EXERCISE FOR EVERY BODY!
Exercise offers emotional and physical health benefits. Learn how to incorporate fitness into your life - no matter what your level of physical ability - from a personal trainer who was diagnosed with MS at the age of 25. Fatigue, mobility limitations, heat sensitivity, and other MS symptoms don't have to be road blocks. They can be stepping stones to a unique fitness program that works for you.
