Welcome all who join. I feel this is the first step to coming to a compromise to obtain word peace.

We hear so much about 'stay the course', and 'cut and run'. The two Major parties, and I am ashamed as an american to say, are, involved in nothing but mudslinging. Insults and attacks are the norm. They point out how bad the other is. Doesn't this make them both not who we want in there? Other Libertarian, independents, and Green parties, would be my choice on Tuesday but I must vote all democrat on Senate and Reps. I'll Vote on the issues on the local level. Bare with me , I do have a point here.

I am planning to start a Humanist network to try and reach out to leaders of the world, religious and governmental, To push Progressive Humanism. I am pushing the Human Manifesto III and will ask for a pact between all people. A compromise must be reach before war destroys what resources we have. Part of the agreement I am proposing is tolerances and total respect of other peoples core religious beliefs. Proper education of all earth sciences would be provided for all, as this is key in obtaining an harmony in the world.

Below is a letter to be sent to every world leader we can think of. After the Nov. 7th smoke clears I will send a accord type agreement to various Enviromental groups. I will also sent it to liberal senators and Reps and suggest it be sponsered as a bill. Your letters now will smooth the way for acceptance of this concept later.

Life on earth has been successful for such a long time that it MUST BE made of TRUTH.

We have seen the confusion, conflict, death and destruction that OUR LIES inflict upon every living creature on Earth.

Every living thing has been defending it's offspring from OUR LIES.

Whatever the Truth actually is, for a million years, Humanity has RISEN by accumulating that Truth and SHARING IT across generations.

The destruction of Creation began when we began to defend OUR LIES by murdering those who did not want OUR LIES. 

To save Humanity, and perhaps all of creation, we need to return to SHARING our NEW and DIFFERENT observations, as we have for the million years before these greedy presidents and greedy priest made war to defend the MERE WORDS that produced their political power over their people.

My husband and I got to vote early - Sat., and are really anxious to see the results on Tues. I hope the people of Fl. are finally waking up and understanding the impact we can have on our future. There are so many issues that need attention and many of them aren't getting the proper support. Why do folks think we can continue on this path without any dire consequences to the environment or ourselves! Don't just hope or pray - get out and take some action!

Ty, Thank you for starting this group. I am proud to be a member. As a serviceman, I more than anyone, would love to see my job become obsolete. We are used far too often these days, and the amount of waste I see in Afghanistan daily is enough to make me want to throw my hands up. The world needs peace, and that can't happen so long as people are all wound up about something as trivial as religion. I look forward to participating more in the future, especially once I get home.

I intend to send hand written letters on this subject to my congressman and several other world leaders.
