Questions about garden therpy December 03, 2006 2:35 AM

Hi! My name is Emma Holm, a swedish student from Stockholm. I recently joined this group since I'm writing a paper about different types of therapy. I have a deadline coming up soon and if you could answer some questions about this I would be so greatful! I'm looking into how garden therapy works and with your answers as statistics. Completely anonymous! If you don't want to answer right here, please e-mail me! My questions for you are: 1. How do you think garden therapy has helped you? 2. In what way has it changed your life, how did your life look before, during therapy, just after and now? 3. How satisfied were you with your garden therapy? a) very satisfied b) better than expected c) ok d) not satisfied 4) Further reflections? Thankyou so much! Best wishes Emma  [ send green star]  [ accepted]

Hi, I was glad to get your e-mail . Garden therpy is my way to relax I love to feel the dirt in my hands and to know i have the gift to plant something and get it to grow with my care. When it is winter I work more with my house plants but I love summer best . The sun is very good for depression . I have always loved flowers but I have done more of it after I quit working . I took a class in flower arrangement and now I make all kinds of fresh things. Emma ,flowers are so beautiful ,take the time to look at each one very close and study the flower and its beauty. Please write more. Susann  [ send green star]  [ accepted]

Emma, I am my most happy when I am in the dirt ,I love the fact I can make things grow (well most of the time)It gives me something else to think about instead of my problems. I do my best thinking when I am planting flowers . I plant flowers at several places in my town and next year I will plant a prayer garden at my church. It will be a small place with a bench and 1 rose bush and some wild flowers . I can not say enough about the help flowers have given me . Good luck with your paper. Susann  [ send green star]  [ accepted]
