So far, they have cleared over 200 men that have been imprisoned falsely and have gotten them released. Thanks to your direction, other sites were pointed out that might prove valuable.http://www.law.duke.edu/innocencecenter/ There is a big list of these innocent centers all over the US. This one is in NC. I am just trying to help and I hope I am not confussing matters any. Im not the brightest child with PC's let alone the law, just trying. [ send green star]

Then again, maybe they are having one of their sister sites handling it. Anyway we look at it, if we find a site that can work this kind of case, then we should all write to them about Paul. Hine was given imunity in the shooting death of a black man. and just start a 35 years sentence and got his partner 70 years. this partner was a law man in oklahoma. Paul M.	SIMPLE INVESTIGATION May 11, 2007 6:23 AM I was released from prison November 23, 2005 this was after spending more than twenty three years behind bars for a crime I did not commit. I can not get the State of South Carolina to do an investigation into this injustice and make their finding public. This is all I have ever asked. I have openly stated that the Solicitor, who would later become Attorney General of the state, "conspired to put and innocent man in the electric chair" This statement has never been denied, only ignored. I ask you, why would a person make such an accusation, knowing the conquenses of such a statement, if it were a lie. I am now asking that all members become involved in my fight for the justice I have been denied of so many years. Letter to the Attorney General June 16, 2007 10:08 AM Dear Mr. McMaster May 17, 2007 I have been trying to get an appointment with you for sometime now and was told by Joy that it may be possible after you finished with your last court case. I have e-mailed and telephoned your office to no avail since that trial has been completed. I know that you had no part in the injustice that was dealt to me more than a quarter of a century ago in Charleston, S.C. However, I know that you are in a position as Attorney General of South Carolina to correct this wrongful conviction and clear my name. If I alone, were professing my innocents and saying these things, I could understand you ignoring what I have to say, after all I am an ex-con. But, I am not alone Sir, I have nearly a dozen police officers and former SLED agents that will tell you " Paul Mazzell did not kill Ricky Seagraves". This includes the family of the victim, one of which is a former law enforcement officer himself, Tony Seagraves. People like SLED agent L.G. Faircloth, a man that can boast he never lost a case, civil or criminal in a court of law and this was after serving more than twenty years in Law Enforcement. These are your own people Sir. There are at lease two police chiefs, and a assistant chief . Even Chief Stewart knows and offered to bring agent from other areas of the state to investigate my case and this was not allowed by Charles Condon the then, Attorney General of South Carolina, But then how could he? Sir I am serving a lifetime parole and I know the consequences of making the following statement if it were proven to be a lie. I am telling you Charles Condon, former Solicitor of Charleston, South Carolina conspired to take my life in the electric chair. That he knew the truth long before my trial began, and then to have him block my every attempt to clear myself in years of appeals.
