Like I said in another thread, some people on care2 have questions about the case and some are just plain ignorant and think Paul got what he deserved.

Education is key in this situation. I encourage all the members here, if you see a negative post, please refer the poster to this group, so they can be educated on the facts of the case. Lets use this as an opportunity to get the truth out.

I thought we could use this thread for any questions those people have, if/when then join. Or even if anyone else from this group has questions - post them here and hopefully Paul can answer them for you.

I will answer your question as truthful as I can, if anyone is ever told a lie. I want you to spread the word and have me knocked off care2.

I know who I am and what I have done. I can only ask you, why do I  keep asking law enforcement for help if I have anything to hide? Some of you may or may not know if you lie to law enforcement, you can be given five years in prison and being I am on a life time parole, it would be over for me.

Some of you have said why you would not sign my petition, and I understand, Its your god given right to do and express your opinion. Just please remember two wrongs does not make a right. If you believe this Solicitor was right when he conspired to take my life for a crime he knew I did not commit. Then please by all means do not sign my petition.

For those who believe I was entitled to a fair and honest trial and that no one is above the laws of this country. Even if they wear badges or they are a Solicitor. Your signutures are wanted and needed and appreciated. Paul

Jojo has a great idea here with the Question & Answer thread... That way where some may be afraid to ask questions , they can still read the Q&A that others ask and you answer here.  People do simply need more information... atleast that is the resonse I am getting here on Care2 and on a couple other sites I have posted your story.

It's late and now I can't remember if I just asked you a couple questions on another thread before I saw this one... so excuse me if I repeat myself please...

Are your lawyers trying to take this case the the Federal Supreme Court? If not is that because your State Supreme case was denied with prejudice? The people who have since changed their orginal testimony in your case... are they still around? Would your lawyers be able to get them to testify if you were able to get the prejudice ruling thrown out due to proof of corruption?

Can you get documentation of your claims from your lawyers?

I know all too well how deep corruption runs throughout our legal system, any and all viable proof is needed not only to get people to support your petition, but also to get the DOJ to really look into the corruption charge, which is what would set you free of that conviction if proved. So it is worth the time and energy to sit down and write a rebuttle, gather as much evidence/documentation as possible to get as much support as you can get hun...
