First and foremost, this is not a War Star. There is no square to the Sun. Mars, (the ruler of war), will refranate from Aries, (a sign that it rules), into Taurus (a sign of detriment), before the Moon can oppose it. Matters can be dropped and most likely all wars fall out of favor and are seen as unfounded or unjust. Hopefully, the appearance of this Star of David indicates an end to war in Iraq and Afghanistan and the escalating conflict in the Middle East. Additionally, adversity and great difficulty is traditionally shown in the chart by a T-square configuration. There isn't a T-square in this Star and this is the first time this has occurred since 1995. The lack of a T-square in the 1995 Star of David preceeded the cease fire in Bosnia and the Middle East Peace Accord. It is most likely that the troops will begin to pull out around the time of this Star of David. Other indications include Mercury retrograde, the ruler of reassessment, retreat, and repair. Uranus is stationary retrograde (appearing to move backwards) in this Star while in the 2002 Iraq War Star it was stationary direct (starting to move forward). The issue of war will be key to the presidential election and a candidate who runs on an anti-war or troop withdrawal platform will win.

This Star of David contains a fire Grand Trine and an Air/Water Grand Trine. The Fire Grand Trine is made up of Mars in Aries, Saturn in Leo, and Pluto in Sagittarius. Saturn is the planet of restraint and in combination with Pluto, (the planet of power), and Mars, (the planet of action) seems to indicate the need for a more measured response to everything. Saturn opposed Pluto in the last two War Stars in 2001 and 2002. We can look forward to greater cooperation and diplomacy as Saturn is conjunct to Venus.

The Air/Water Grand Trine contains the Moon in Libra, Neptune in Aquarius, (both air signs), and the Sun in Cancer, (a water sign). We will look on relationships and others, personally, nationally and globally with a greater sense of stewardship. There is a need to nurture and heal humanity.

There is only one square in the 2007 Star of David. Uranus in Pisces squares Jupiter in Sagittarius. Fanaticism is still present, but the principles on which religion is founded and the influence of prominent religious leaders will begin to overshadow the more radical element. Jupiter is strong in Sagittarius, a sign that it rules. Uranus is in Pisces, also Jupiter's sign and therefore disposed by Jupiter. Religious leaders will help to broker the peace and tame or overrule the more radical factions. Uranus is retrograde and in mutual reception with Neptune. The spirit of the law will take precedence over the letter of the law with a message relevant to all.

Responsible fiscal policies will set the tone for expenditures. Saturn is conjunct Venus. We will see where financial mismanagement and distorted priorities have lead to economic hardship and overconsumption. Personal and national debt will reach a crisis. It will be time to pay off bills and begin to save. Until we learn to conserve we will have to do without. A recession is possible, but can be avoided as Venus trines Jupiter though it is conjunct to Saturn. How quickly can we learn the lessons? There will be a national and global movement towards conservation of resources and the use of reusable and sustainable energy sources.

Task and Learning Tool

The task for this Star of David is to live simply so that others may simply live. Conservation is key. Additionally, everyone should contribute to a cause of their choice. Part of the journey has been the manifestation process, in particular the manifestation of abundance. Now is the time for true gratitude expressed through sharing and gifting. Give back what you have been given. Care-tend others outside of your immediate circle. Just because someone is halfway around the world does not negate your responsibility. You cannot say you did not know. It is on the TV every night, in every newspaper and magazine. There is no excuse. Inidividually, we need to follow the lead of visionaries who are already donating such as the Newmans, Oprah Winfrey, Mr. and Mrs Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, and numerous others.

This process of donating and distributing your abundance is also the learning tool. It is a Universal principle that one gains more through gifting. Once you have mastered the process of manifestation through attraction and greater lovingness, there is no poverty, no loss, no shortage. Everything will come to you as you need it in the appropriate space and time. When you master the process, sharing and gifting will accelerate the flow and draw even more abundance to you.
