Right now I am currently reading "Honeymoon," by James Patterson. He is one of my favorite authors. I do have to report that this book is not his ALex Cross series, but it is still very good!  [ send green star]  [ accepted]
Reading many but March 09, 2005 8:33 AM

most of them are from the different authors reccomended here, as well as odd ones I picked up at the library - paperbacks mostly. Just finished one of Pattersons, and the second last of one of the series from Dee henderson.  [ send green star]  [ accepted]
James Patterson's "Honeymoon" March 12, 2005 9:32 AM

I just wanted to report that I have finished his newest book a couple days ago and I would have to say that it is not one of my favorites.  [ send green star]  [ accepted]
tom holland March 25, 2005 1:27 AM

Have you tried any Tom Hollands? I particularly recommend The Vampyre, which offers an interesting take on Lord Byron's tempestuous life... It's very sensual and vice-laden, and so interwoven with his real life it's hard to tell which is which. He also wrote Sleeper in the Sands and Supping with Panthers. Or how about the Vampire Chronicles by Anne Rice? I didn't read them all but I enjoyed them immensely.  [ send green star]  [ accepted]
Dean Koontz (sp?) April 11, 2005 11:46 AM

If you read The Bad Place by Dean Koontz, you're in for a twisted but interesting story of a witch family. The family interactions are bizarre but the story line is even better. I never wanted to put it down.  [ send green star]  [ accepted]
The Last Time They Met - a real surprise! April 11, 2005 5:55 PM

When you get the chance, read "The Last Time They Met" by Anita Schreve. It has the most surprising ending of a book I've read in a long time. I've read almost everything she's written. Superb writer!  [ send green star]  [ accepted]

Robin McKinley's book "Sunshine" is wonderful. It is about a young woman who encounters a group of vampires. It is very well done, and is high on my list of favorites.  [ send green star]  [ accepted]
