What's your recommendation for the best Sci Fi book?  [ send green star]  [ accepted]

So I like some of those novels. But I also enjoyed Sara Douglass's Wayfarer's Redemption. The first book or so of the series, it's fantasy, more or less, but after that, it's definitely sci fi. It gets very weird. Asimov is wonderful. And Douglas Addams is incredible.  [ send green star]  [ accepted]

Short story anthologies like, year's best sci fi are great. Robert Heinlein's Friday is good.  [ send green star]  [ accepted]

I guess I'd have to say either Herbert's Dune series or Ann McCaffrey's Dragon Riders of Pern books are the best Sci-Fi books to me.(Of course I also liked Heinlein's "Earth" series too). LOL Jo Ann  [ send green star]  [ accepted]
