This group is a place for women and men to gather to discuss what Equal Rights for Women mean and how we can achieve it.

Here we can come together, focus our attention and efforts towards finally having equal rights for women all over the planet. A dream where all women have a VOICE, an opinion and a view that is important! Where a little girl can grow up knowing that she can be whatever she desires. A FREEDOM over our bodies, where we can choose if/when/how we get pregnant or choose to have and use safe birthcontrol. Where women are not abused, raped, neglected. And so so much more!

Here we can inform others of positive steps and ways to get involved and help. And also dicuss that which is so wrong and what we can do to change it hopefully.

The goal of this group, is to take action and advance the objectives of the equal rights movement. If you want to debate anything, anything at all, there are a number of debate groups here in Care2 that will let you discuss and debate the pros and cons of pretty much everything.

If you want to fight, do it elsewhere. If you want to band together with your fellow sisters and brothers to improve the living conditions of women all over the world, then please join us here.**

As stated above in our group goals this group is focused on the objectives of obtaining and working towards Equal Rights for Women.

If you feel women are already equal then this group is obviously not for you. if you wish to discuss the rights of men, another group may be more fitting as well.

Focusing on Women within this specific group doesn't mean we hate or ignore the needs of anyone else. It is just to keep the group focused and on track. I love animals extremely but this is not the right place to post information on helping animals, there are other groups dedicated to that.

Abortion, Religion, Politics can all be very HEATED issues. Please remember to keep your opinions as just that. Do not attack or flame others who disagree with you. We can all come together to have an open discussion. If you can not then this is not the place for you.
