Some superfruit drinks actually cause liver damage, because the potency of the nutrients is too high for the body to handle. In general, fruits are only safe when eaten as packaged - in their skins. The reason is that they contain fibers that cause our bodies to digest them slowly. Drinking fruit juice causes the blood sugar to rise too quickly, just as it does with white sugar consumption. Therefore, just because it's natural sugar doesn't mean that it's good for you in high quantities. I am always concerned that people will put faith in medications when the cure for cancer is our own body. Aside from the fact that medications are pushed by doctors that make money off treating people rather than curing them, they are often tested by animals, and there has never been a peer reviewed study to show that the medication was the determining factor in any remission.
Cancer is in all of us. We get a new cancer each day. Our healthy bodies get rid of cancer mainly through our lymph system. Wemon who wear tight bras and don't exercise tend to get breast cancer, because the lymphatic system is restricted, and its circulation depends on arm movement around the arm pit and pumped by the muscles.
Also our white blood cells if circulated well enough shred cancer cells like acid on metal. They key is getting enough exercise, and I don't mean light walking or a mere 1 hour a day. By heavy exercise, like that of marathon runners, cancer can be beat, along with a healthy balanced (vegan) diet.
Attitude has a lot to do with it, only because a person's stress levels can throw the immune system off.
In summary: a balanced diet, low stress, combined with constant heavy circulation of the white blood cells (over five hours of exercise a day) with increased metabolism, will be by far the best cure.
This is my opinion coming from some very healthy people who agree that staying fit makes the difference.
Keep in mind that there are people who get cancer that exercise, but many of them are going to school and dealing with a lot of overall stresses in their lives. Living stress free helps. Living vegan I might add helps remove much of the guilt we feel in our lives, thus removing a majority of stress for many as well.
That may be so but once people are already ill they need something to give them a helping hand before they can start exercising. The food we are offered today on the whole is nowhere near as nutritious as is used to be due to the soil quality these days. Also we are being bombarded with so many more chemicals than we used to be so supplements ans superfoods are definately called for in some circumstances. All your techniques are good for prevention but we are trying to also help people who are smack in the middle of cancer, depressed, fearful and maybe also in pain. As for peer reviewed, knowing how I feel about pharmaceuticals and the system of animal studies and other fraudulent goings on I trust reviews from real people and testemonials with maybe some history thrown in.

You know what is really strange about the B-17 is that I have found online that alot of seeds contain B-17 like apple seeds and cherry seeds but I had alwas been taught t never eat those as they might make me sick. I had never heard of B-17 before that is very interesting!!

I got that in an email and was going to start a thread on it so will be moving it. Yes you can just eat apple seeds as is. The harder seeds like cherry and apricot I think you have to break open and eat the soft part inside.
