Below is a list of the most commonly used OTC drugs we use and Rx Drugs that are prescribed to us by Doctors. Pay close attention, because not only are these drugs UNHEALTHY for us, we are also not getting enough Nutrients (All) from our foods. So by also consumming these Drugs we give our bodies what I call " THE DOUBLE WHAMMY EFFECT" on our Magnificent Miraculous Bodies which knows how to HEAL themselves when given the Nutrients (All) that it needs.
Antacids: Pepcid, Tagamet, Zantac.
Depletes: Vit B12, D, Folic Acid, Calcium, Iron, Zinc.
Antibiotics: General Aminoglycosides (gentomycin, neomycin, streptomycin, Penicillins, Cephalosporins.
Depletes: B Vitamins, Vit K, Friendly Beneficial Intestinal Bacteria.
That is why I would recommend anyone on any drugs do a LOT of research. All the info is on the web to find natural alternatives to drugs. It may only mean a change of diet to get your body back on track. All these 'quick fixes' just lead to longer term and more serious problems down the line.
