What does Mabon represent or mean to you and your life? How will you celebrate Mabon (if you do)?

we use this time of year to clean out(harvest) all unwanted negativity, and clutter from our lives. We celebrate the abundance of hope, we have grown throughout the year.
By we, I should clarify: I mean my 11 companion goats, and donkey. Most were rescued from bad situations, so here they have a forever home and we celebrate hope. We also get ready for the winter, and gather all the supplies we will be needing.

That's wonderful!! I hope one day to be able to have some land and do rescue myself. I soooo love goats!!

The day before Samhain is the last day of the old year and the day after Samhain is the first day of the new year. Being between the years, it is a period of "no time", or "outside time", and it is considered a very magical time, when the dead walk among the living and the veils between past, present and future may be lifted in prophecy and divination

is a time where the veils are lifted
and as a result this is good time to communicate with

Why or why not?

Yes. I don't know about ghost hunting, but I have always noticed increase activity.
