Simply Love by Mary Balogh

I just got the 9 disc CD set of the book, Simply Love, from the local library and I'm listening to it right now.  Mary Balogh is a good writer.

"The Girls" by Lori Lansens. It's life thru the eyes of conjoined twins living in small town Ontario. Really good story as it's written well.

I Looked At the History of M.C. Escher When I Was in the Navy
1 year ago

Yeah, Peace, a friend of mine showed me that book in National City, just outside of San Diego, when I was stationed aboard a ship in the Navy.  We were both smoking pot at the time and it was strange looking at some of Escher's work.  I liked the still life with some of Escher's belongings next to an ashtray with his pipe and I also liked the one of the black birds and the white birds converging on each other.  It was weird and he went through all that detail in his paintings.

I think I've read, The History of M.C. Escher, Cat.  Of course, it's illustrated.  He has some wild drawings and I think he was on glue just like you, Cat!

If blood 'n' guts and heads gettin' chopped off and all that stuff is for you, then, The Kingdom:  Arabia & The House of Sa'ud is right up your alley.  I didn't read the whole thing but the pics are nice!
