This group is designed to let people share what legally can be done to stop this attrocity. Please keep this limited to this particular issue. I will have a topic that is for listing other petitions or issues, but this group is for this one thing, we must focus.
Here is an initial list of what can be done.

OK FOLKS, HERE'S A BASIC PLAN OF ACTION :

Looks like OHSU needs a lot of publicity around this.

Websites that expose OHSU as torturing animals for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON WHATSOEVER.

You can build a website for FREE, just do a search for some. Have it with basic info and a link to the petition. Make sure

you have keywords like OHSU, Eliot Spindel, Oregon Health & Science University, the board member's names, monkeys, inhumane, needless testing, etc. and things like that so search engines will find your site and show it when people search for Universities or whatever.

If you are on myspace or facebook or whatever post it there also.

Do blogs on it.

All alumni will need to be contacted to cut donations. We need to find a list of alumni and mail them info about what their school does and ask them not to support it in any way. Also, find what other grants and things like that, all money that they receive.
 
ALL licensing and health department and OSHA and building
 
inspectors and fire inspectors should and will be notified which
invariably will lead to various fines.

ALL media local, national and international needs to be contacted.

And an investigation of the relationship between the NIH and the
school are in order.

We can be looking at several types of charges involving more
than just this Spindle creep, we are talking board members and
federal charges.

They DO NOT want the publicity.

So, let's get this going. Anyone from around there that can get us a list of local media, and here's a list of some you can contact.

Also, we could use a simple and short YouTube video, anybody want to make one?

If so, when it gets on youtube put the full url
http://ga0.org/campaign/spindel/  as the first thing in the "about this video" section, that way it's a clickable link visible to
everyone.

It can also be posted on Google and lots of other video sites.

It's time this torture stopped and we can do it by exposing it. And don't forget to mention the money end of it, lots of folks only care about that remember.  [ send green star]
