dear nan and friends, i have had a busy day and went to get injections into my spine to relieve the pain. i've had them before and they certainly help. i've enjoyed the day even though it was overcast and grey it was warm i actually had the fan on. a couple of friends dropped by, which was nice. may god bless you all. peace and love from ildi p.
