This 14-page coloring book is part of the NICHD Milk Matters campaign, designed to teach parents, children, and health care providers about the importance of calcium for children and teens. The booklet, for children ages four to eight, follows Buddy Brush as he explains why calcium is critical not only to good health, but also to healthy teeth, and outlines how to take good care of teeth. This item is also available through the We Can! program.

Everyone is welcome to participate in the Great Sunflower Project. The first step is to create an account on this website. All you need is a valid email address. Then, select the level of participation that is right for you.
As soon as you create an account, we will add you to the list of people to send sunflower seeds. We will mail our main group of seeds out in March and other batches in April and May. These are annual Lemon Queen sunflowers (Helianthus annuus). These sunflowers can be grown in a pot on a deck or patio or in a garden.
With your account, you can join our community discussions on our forum pages.
Better yet, you may participate in our study. Participating is fun and can be done in pots on your deck or a garden.
Is there an easy way to apply for all these free materials at once? Our five youngest grandchildren would appreciate all of it! Also, we live in Ohio's Appalachian region and MANY kids here would certainly appreciate these materials. I cannot go through and apply at every link because of bad health problems and because all my time must be spent working on my university courses. Any and all suggestions and help would be greatly appreciated!!!
I have compiled each free offer with the web address. Maybe you can print it out to give to the neighborhood kids or even your grandchildren. Their Moms and Dads can help them fill out the forms.
