hi am patricia, and i have a friend who have 9 kids and am trying to find out ways that i can help her with the kids, the area that she live in jamaica is very poor and i just dont want to give money only but do something that she can help herself and the kids,am open for advice

I am not sure what help there is for people in Jamaica, I will do some searching. As for sending money straight to a person... I don't feel comfortable doing that myself.  I am sure that there are programs out there to help.
