Tree Healing: The beauty of the Beech and Oak Union.

Hello, I have just joined this group, and wanted to bring some beautiful trees into our circle. I have been "Walking with the Trees" for years, and I only know a thumbnail,s breadth of their wisdom. They are the ancient seers and teachers, who have been waiting for Humanity to re-member.

And they are master healers: every part of a tree corresponds to a part of us. The upper most part of a tree: our lungs, the roots: our brain, Trunk: our skin, fruit: our reproductive system. To unite that power of healing from the trees essence  into spring water, by the heat of the sun, is a gift the trees offer to us. As an essence maker I am just an intermediary.

When we walk into any wood, we are connecting with muliple auras. The trees overlap their energy to wrap us up in healing. Why do we relax and love walking in woods so much?

the most stunning and beautiful sight I have seen, is the Beech and Oak Union in Parkhurst Forest on the Isle of Wight. Here, two very old trees have joined in eternal embrace: their huge branches have entwined around eachother. The Oak, the Father of the Woods, is in loving embrace with Beech, the Mother of the woods. They are part of a magical little copse that has "children" too! Little Beech and Oaks are dotted around ,all entwining.

The essence made from this union is about healing the relationships between man and woman. The Dryad of the Oak was very strong about the importance of this for the sake of the children.

Hello from England.  I joined this group today, and have been reading the posts here.  Trees are sacred to those of us in England who follow the old traditions, and we are always sad and appalled at seeing them cut down and destroyed.

In the modern world we know thru science that trees clean our air, and when they are cut down carbon goes back into the air allowing global warming to take hold.  We hear that air flights and flatulence from cows cause carbon emissions that in turn cause global warming, and that is true, however if we had managed to stop the clear cutting of the rain forests back in the 80's the carbon emissions would not have been as bad now.  Those dead trees would have been working hard cleaning our air. Every time a tree is cut down carbons come back into the air from that tree and that tree will no longer be able to clean the air for us.  

Trees are still sacred to we traditionalists, but now we know why; they allow us to live, they keep our world safe. Our ancestors didn't need science to show them that, they spoke to the trees and the trees told them and they listened and believed and they took care of them. Why don't we do the same thing today?

I have a friend, who is also joining this group who makes essences for healing from trees, she speaks to the trees and they answer her, from what they tell her she knows how each tree will help to heal.  She takes a photo of the tree so that the people who use her essences will have a picture of the tree that is helping them.  She has a friendship with each tree and she makes her essences with the trees blessing.  I have made a web site up for her and on that site are all of the photos of the trees.  These trees are growing on sacred areas of the Isle of Wight in England, she lives there and makes the essences there.  She would fight for the lives of those trees who have become her friends, and so would I. For I know that each one of them has it's own spirit, and all of them want to help humans in one way or another.

Try to focus on the positive, let your gratitude expand to being grateful for the presence of trees and know that there are to be a billion trees grown this year, so humans are becoming aware.

Talk about trees, they need to become apart of the consciousness again.

Look for them, because what you seek with your eyes, you will see.

Spend time in trees, breathing in their energy and in turn giving your appreciation ...it is said that the Elm left because it got so frustrated with humanity. And, remember trees are the keepers of the balance of the planet, we need to remember that as they leave, so do we follow.

You can influence positive thought by thinking positively about the future with the forest regrown...

This is the reason I set up this group...because a dryad (tree spirit) told me what I've shared with you above.

Exchange some positive energy with the tree. This is done by appreciating the trees beauty and at the same time accepting the positive energy the tree will 'send' to you.

I used to think I was a bit mad doing this, now I have such a strong link with trees and have learned so much that I'm addited.

I believe trees line the pathways of of travellers to encourage them on with positive energy.

I have plenty of reasons to link with trees, usually to say thankyou for lifting my day.
