This is so 'dark-age' and horrendous.
Until South Korea accepts & works towards the solving of this heinious practise, I personally will have no problem whatsoever in a boycott to South Korea, not only Special Olympics, but in any/every form.
Starting with Korean shops, restaurants, etc. here in Austria.

.....This is a despicable, horrendous cruelty inflicted upon mans best friend and companions. I am truly disgusted that South Korea is still living fully in the socalled dark ages and most certainly not to the standard they suggest, i.e. on a par with the rest of the world in the 21st century.
