Demand Justice for Puppy Tied to Truck and Dragged onto Highway

Recently, a puppy sustained several injuries after being tied to a truck and dragged onto a highway. Those responsible for this heinous act have yet to be caught and convicted. Action must be taken to find the individual(s) responsible.
