May 14th, 2009 HR 1018 We are happy to report that HR 1018 passed the House Natural Resources Committee! Though there were a couple of amendments, they do not adversely impact the bill or negate the intent of the legislation - which is to protect wild horses on public lands. The next step is a full vote before the U.S. House of Representatives. We'll let you know as soon as it is scheduled and we'll need all of you to be a voice at that time.
