I want to know who is running the railroad on this man's life.
The law as I understand it guarantees:
1. There should be a murder weapon located and connected to the accused, with additional evidence of its use by the user!
2. Within an appeal, there should be an impartial investigation into 'any' coerced testimony against the accused!
3. There MUST NOT be 'any' significant Shadow of Doubt hanging over the judicial verdict ---

*Note: Perhaps this is for Americans in this case, but all mankind should produce adequate examined 'PROOF POSITIVE' evidence; especially in regard to a death sentence murder case!!!
