On March 28, human rights lawyer Gao Zhisheng, who has been missing for more than a year, contacted his wife and children, according to ChinaAid Association. Gao said he was released from Chinese custody six months ago and taken to Wutai Shan mountain, a Buddhist landmark in Shanxi province. Maryam Jalili, Mitra Zahmati and Farzan Matin, are imprisoned in Iran following their arrest while gathered at a to celebrate Christmas. On Dec. 24, Maryam, Mitra, and Farzan were among 15 Christians arrested by security forces in Pakdasht, Iran. After a week without information, family members contacted authorities and demanded to know where they were being held. Officials told the families that the Christians would be released the same day, but instead they were secretly transferred to the notorious in Tehran.

Teenager Tortured for Her Faith Set to Make Full Recovery
Susan Ithungu (14) was left hospitalized and unable to walk after her father tortured her for becoming a Christian. And now we are pleased to report that Susan has been discharged from the hospital. Although there is a long road ahead for Susan, her doctors are optimistic that she will make a full recovery. Write Susan a letter encouraging her as she heals letting her know that she has a loving Christian family who cares and is praying for her.
