On Facebook I have been contacted by two Pastors in Pakistan and they both ask for prayer for the Christians of Pakistan. One is an Evangelist, who had his brother-in-law and sister threatened, and one is a Pastor who lives near Jonestown, Pakistan where every house in the entire community was burned to the ground. Jonestown was a Christian community. He, his wife and family live near Jonestown and have a Bible school, and he is training several teachers, and he is very concerned about what is happening. He also said that things are very tense there. Also he said that his government is about to go into a legislation session and that the government was not sounding friendly towards Christians at this point. Please pray for protection for the Christians in Pakistan, for shelter and new homes for the people of Jonestown who have lost their homes and all their wordly possessions, for food also, and pray for protection of the pastors and evangelists of Pakistan, who put their very lives in danger to tell others of Christ. Please pray for the teachers who are also putting their lives in danger, for the Bible Students, for the people who attend the church meetings, and for their families!
