Colossians 1:16 "For by him were all things created, that are in heaven and are in earth, visiable and invisiable." from the CEV Hebrew 1:14 Angels are merely spirits sent to serve people who are meant to be saved. from the Holy Bible (the Contemporary English Version.) Revelation 5:11 As I looked, I heard the voices of alot of angels around the throne, and the voices of the living creatures and the elders. There were millions and millions of them.(CEV) Psalm 91:11,12 God will command his angels to protect you wherever you go. They will carry you in their arms, and you won't hurt your feet on the stones. (CEV) Should we worship angels? No! Romans 1:25 They gave up the truth about God for a lie, and they worshiped God's creation instead of God, who will be praised forever. Amen! Do angels convict us of sin? no! John 16:7&8 7.)But I tell you that I am going to do what is best for you. That is why I am going away! The Holy Spirit can not come to help you until I leave. But after I am gone I will send the spirit to you. 8.) The Spirit will come and show the people of this world the truth about sin, because they didn't have faith in me. Angels are messengers! Angels are guardians! and Angels are given authority in certain cases, by God! Angels also belong to vast armies of God! And angels serve God and Jesus, doing whatever commanded of them. Some Names of Angels! 1.) Michael - Archangel - Angel above all angels. He protects and defends God's people 2.) Gabriel - God's Messenger - Deliver's God's messages! 3.) Seraphim - Worship and serve the Lord! 4.) Cheribum - They are guardians and worship the Lord, allow or deny access to the Lord's throne! 5.) Lucifer - The highest angel fallen from heaven. Lucifer, or Satan decided he was higher than God and was thrown from heaven. He is God's great enemy and will be destroyed in the end. He will do anything to keep us from staying faithful to the Lord! There is so much more but I hope I have helped you to understand angels! Peter followed him out of the prison. Peter followed him out of the prison, not knowing, however, if what the angel was doing was real; he thought he was seeing a vision. 10.) They passed by the first guard station, and than the second. and came at last to the iron gate that opens up to the city. The gate opened for them by itself, and they went out.
