Here are a couple of reviews that can be found on Kajira’s website:
"Besides being a fabulous reference and history book, it's a great read! It's a book I sometimes have to force myself to stop reading so I can do other things." ~ Karen Andes, author of the "Woman's Book of Power, Strength and Balance" series, dancer, yogini, fitness trainer and instructor, including several videos.

"I could spend hours just looking at all those gorgeous pictures...And, it isn't just packed full of information - I really love all the quotes from other dancers and troupes about how THEY feel about Tribal. It's an answer to questions everyone has, all in one place! And, somehow it's captured the whole essence of why we all get that special feeling when we dance in Tribal Style." ~ Shari, editor of Zaghareet! Magazine  [ send green star]

tribal dancer here too June 18, 2007 2:23 PM

Hi Shannon!

I'm also a Tribal/Tribal Fusion belly dancer here.  I'm also on tribe.net- http://people.tribe.net/narahbintdurr

I'm in morgantown, WV and have belly danced since 1993.  found 'home' when I discovered Tribal in 1995.  In fact, you can read all about it in the Tribal Bible since I'm in there.  U can also see the whole contribution (my feelings and experience w/ Tribal on the East Coast from several years ago) on my website at www.tribalbellydance.net Have a couple performance dvds and a Tribal Fusion Technical Foundation instructional dvd available on my site's marketplace, and some video clips in the gallery.

How about other Tribal/Fusion dancers here?
