Should we perhaps get people to tell us who they boycott and why?

I'm anti-walmart (Asda), Nike, McDonalds  and Nestle.  Not too happy with Somerfield lately either as they have offered incentives to their staff if they manage to close local co-op stores.

There are lots of websites with info on them, perhaps we could have a 'link thread'?

I think thread links are a necessity if you`re trying to organize efforts. And after all, thats what Boycotts are all about!

Many times people are afraid to add links, thinking the group host will think of it as competition that will make someone leave the group by clicking on it...well .  They can always come back!

There are so many great causes here, and boycotts of so many companies, could we start threads with just the name of the company, or issue that we want to boycott for?  Then we could put all the genetically altered stuff in one place, and also have a thread for the company, ie. Kraft, which is using gmf, as they may be participating in a few different things that we'd want to boycott them for.  I'm not trying to be a pain, but I realized that I posted something today that I later saw in a different thread, and I though that I had looked through all of them.   [ send green star]

Yeah, thats the idea. Its hard but I hope we can make an effort to do just that. Different threads for each issue, company, etc. I started one for Walmart and I`m about to start one for Anti War.

Go ahead and start ones that we need.....
