Im thinking of stopping the threads that carry all petitions in a bunch. But I need everyone's thoughts on this.

I've been thinking about it, and it seems our members have stopped participating in the fun aspects of our groups because when we only see "Petitions & Actions" on our Care2 Connect headings for the group, we often don't click to check, thinking maybe we've seen it before. And theres so much more to us than petitions & actions, but we see that heading so often that any others are obscured & lost.

But if we pin each petition or action to the main board, each individual petition will get more exposure if it is preceeded with "PETITION:...", for example...or "Action:..."

The individual title will be more telling, and as each petition or action expires, we can remove it.

Perhaps we should list the date on our post, so we wont have to check the petition itself, physically.

I know Id click to check a post that says, "Petition: Justice for Kacy", for example, over a repeated "Petitions & Actions" wherein many petitions get lost or are overlooked due to the repetitive nature of the title.

What do you think?

That's fine with me, Kat! . . . Sorry I'm just now responding to this ~ but, as you said, I am busy lately and I can only be here once or twice a week now . . .

In fact, now that you're back more regularily,  Kathleen,  I think it might be time for me to pull back on some of the Groups I've been helping Co-Host  since, like I said, I just can't be here more right now  (perhaps you can find someone else to help Co-host, who  can  be here all the time!  ).

 . . . Let me know,  Kat . . . It's been an honour Co-hosting this great Group w/ you!! . . . Please and feel free to take me off as Co-host anytime  (here & in the "Canine's Best Friends"  &  "Feral Felinity"  groups).
