You may have already heard that the Indiana Natural Resources Commission is considering a regulatory package to permit fox and coyote pens in the state, with the provision that no new pens will be permitted after January 2012. There is no reason to allow these cruel competitions to continue -- where foxes and coyotes are trapped in fenced pens and often torn apart by packs of dogs.
If you have not already done so, please submit your comments today to the NRC to show your opposition to fox and coyote pens.

Thanks Betty. It is tragic that so many people just do not "have a life". So they have to kill and torment the defenceless. Unfortunately I can't sign. (Non US). Good luck.
Noted and forwarded, not signed (Non US). Thank you Betty.
Action taken - thanks Betty!
Signed twice now I think. I just don't understand the reason for wanting to remove all of the predators foxes, wolves, bear, cougers etc. Without them the rest of the wildlife will cease to exist properly. They will become over populated, get sick and die. God put these predators on earth to control the population of other animals and plants. Man just can't see the forest for the trees. I have a fox that comes almost every night to feed on scraps I put out for the wildlife. I love my nightly visitors, the foxes and the raccoons.
Said for IN residents only...wouldn't accept my info..??
Thanks for the post
