Decision on killing Romanian Stray Dogs postponed.

The Romanian parliament has postponed the discussion about the law that would allow the mass killing of stray dogs for the second time.
In Romania, the resistance against this law is growing, and also outside Romania more and more people oppose the proposed killings of so many dogs. So far more than 40,000 people have signed our protest letter to the Members of the Romanian Parliament. Our thanks goes to everyone who supported our work by signing! The postponement of the discussion until after Easter gives us time to intensify our protest against this law.

Send your protest letter today! Write letters to the editor of your local or national newspaper. Raising awareness of the planned killings will be crucial to stopping them.  [ send green star]  [ accepted]
