These people are our newest members.
Each of these people need someone here to become friends with them,... guide them, give a tour of the Forest Across America Plan and help them find something they can do to help the project grow.
Without a mentor and guide,... the new members often do not get the social support they need to motivate them to help the project,.. and that does not get any trees planted.

I will gladly welcome new friends that are interested in taking action and participating.
It might interest you that if you do contact me directly,... one of the first things I am going to ask you to do for me is to contact several of our present members and try to make friends with them.
So,... what the heck,... why not contact several of our members and make friends with them now.
Remember that the Forest Across America Project is not about trees and forests. If all human life were removed from the Earth the trees would naturally grow across the land just the way nature has arranged things.
The FAAP is about makeing friends with others, and helping others develop thier gardens, farms and forests. Through our friendships we can get enough planted to actually make a difference.

So,... send a message to at least one of our members here each week. By the end of the year you will have sent 52 messages and a high potential of meeting several long term close friends.
Please take the time to make friends. We need the gardens, farms and forests planted and too few are willing to do it alone.

A: 1. Yes, I am on a project for developing some urban houses among Trees. I will have to investigate more about trees so that I can plant 53 hectareas of trees that will give better air support to the people that will live there. 2. Of course i need some resource development to make people understand the importance of forrests, and trees. 3.I want to learn more, so that i might use all te info to take action here in Peru. A: Vicky asked me to think about joining, and honestly trees are something close to my heart. I am an empath and "feel" for the trees, and cry at the deforestation of my beloved USA, I love trees and would love to at least try to fit into your group. A: Currently, would have to be, to watch, learn & cheer you on.... Feel we need to preserve forests we have & replenish the ones that we are exhausting. They are NECESSARY for oxygen. Plus, they have beauty. Gladly sign petitions as they are brought to my notice. Try to check current petitions at least once a week. When they are in my "inbox", I get to them quick as I am aware of them.

A: I am a nurse in my occupation and I am a leader of a Brownie pack, which is a voluntary role. I applied for and have been granted some wasteland from the local council (which is a great thing, as any 'spare' land always seems to be sold to property developers!). The Brownies have all bought a sapling tree, which they will plant themselves, once th land has been cultivated (by themselves, their parents/families/friends and other volunteers), and they will be able to put a little name tag on each tree. They will then be responsible for tending their forest. I am hoping it will give them a sense of achievement and responsibility in the planet earth and how they see it and as they and their trees grow, I hope that they will be encouraged enough to encourage their friends, families and eventually work/college colleagues to participate in something similar too. I love the idea of this group and I am inspired by its aims. I would like to be a member to swap ideas and help each other in any way we can. Thank you & best wishes.

A: I am planting in Australia, 400 trees so far and I am a member of Landcare, Australia and Land for Wildlife. I have reserved some land, with my neighbour, to create a wildlife corridor along the border of our 2 properties. Blessings.

A: 1. Absolutely. I am raising money in my community to give complying businesses recycling bins. We are also beginning an Earth Day program through the school district. Every year the school district will allow each school to plant trees on school grounds and parks. 2. I would love to help with outside the forest task. I will be sure to send my friends a membership. 3. I am here to watch learn, cheer, and help build forests in my communities and anywhere.

A: 1) yes, and I will get others to help. 2) If you need assistance there I can help. 3)I am definitely not a cheerleader in this aspect. I have been called a tree hugging dirt worshiper and I rather live amongst trees (a healthy diversity of course) and I hate clear cutting. I have wrote a letter to the editor that made someone mad at me because I pointed out what they did.

A: I have a mini forest on my farm - wood is harvested from fallen trees and used in local homes and businesses
Geeeeze, one of the best set of answers to the application and I lost it before I posted it,... and now cannot find it.

A: 1. Not a forest but an alternative way of creating sustainable gardens-hydroponically and organically to save the land for additional forests. 2. I want future generations to know that they have control over their nutritional destiny and overall health and that the government cannot regulate clean, healthy food. I want children to understand the importance of this control, to be aware of what passes over their lips and to be able to enjoy growing their own super foods 3. My purpose to to do all of thee above-to spread the word of what is going on in this country and try to regain the simplicity of yesteryear while introducing the growth of the future.
