Hi everyone, I'm Megan and I'm 20 years old, hailing from Upstate NY. I got my first tattoo 2 months before I turned 19 and just got my second one finished on August 8th, 2007. I'm hoping to build off of my most recent one, not sure of what though. As you can tell from my post in the Tattoo Pictures thread, both of my tattoos have pentacles, the Pagan 5-point star. This symbol is very important to me because it represents who I am and what I believe in, and nobody can tear me away from the faith in which I truly believe. My faith is one that's discriminated against a lot, I guess I just want to make a point that we're not devil worshipping, baby sacrificing, death loving individuals.

ANYWAY! That's my rant. I'll have a better picture up of my double dragon pentacle tattoo in the pictures thread probably tomorrow.

Hi all! I finally found a tattoo group! Yeah! Well, Not only am I a fellow tattoo junkie, I am a tattoo artist so feel free to ask questions if you'd like. I have a ton of Flash on disk that I have saved over that last 2 years so I can shrink it down or blow it up depending on whatever my customers little heart desires. I have pieced a total of 17 tats together on various places on my body so if you counted you would say I didnt have that many but one on my thigh actually was actually 4 before it was put together. Get what I'm saying. I'm sure you do. Anyway, I Have done them all except four, one on each shoulder and the original 2 on my ankles and have approximately 50 hours of inking so far. I definitely plan to add more.  I have started a website, and operate a small shop from my home- yeah, yeah its clean and I dont use home made crap. I did an actual apprenticeship so I know the scoop here folks. Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself and try to get to know you all. Maybe, get things moving in here. Looks a bit quiet so wakey, wakey , lets get slingin' some ink.

I just joined because I am going to get a tattoo in December or January~it'll be my first one and I am already researching artists in Winnipeg.  I am thinking of a faery holding 3 daffodils with the numbers 8 3 and 2 incorporated in them.  Numerologically, those numbers represent my kids, and daffodils because my 2 grandmothers died of cancer~and the Canadian Cancer Society sells daffodils every year to raise money....as for the faerie, I love what they symbolize to me.  I also have my tongue pierced, had my belly button done and plan on getting my lip pierced at the end of the month~bottom left side.

Hi everyone im karen, i have 8 tattoos, and i want my last tattoo done with my sons name put on my arm, but not sure what design to have with it? Im hoping i will be able to cover up a old faded tattoo i have on the top of my arm.

My name is Jamie. I am 26 and I currently have 4 tattoos. I will be making that number grow as of this saturday. I live in southern california and I am the typical blonde you'd expect to see down here. Accept that I am not. I have 3 kids and I have been married for almost 4 years. You don't find that much down here unless you're married to someone in the military, which I am not. Anyhow,  I am going to be getting my 2 youngest kids names tattooed on my uper right shoulder this weekend. I currently have my eldest sons name on my ankle with a fairy above it, shooting stars on the back of my neck and a butterfly on my lower back. I would love to be covered but I don't have the time or the money right now. Well that is all about me. See ya later.

Hello fellow pin cushions!!! I am new to this group but figured I better shout out or else no one will know I exist. I am living an asian legend, I have nine Asian style tats on my body which is signficant of power, direction, and wisdom. My largest tat goes from just above the ankle up to the middle of my back total length about 4'5" or close to there. I also have quite a few other tats, and am trying to fill in my back, tying all the pieces to gether in either the sea or the sky. I have been trying to find my artisit who moved to New Mexico a few years back, but she is no where to be found. If any of you know De-Na in New Mexico please let me know.

Man,I gotta say some people think the ankle tat doesn't hurt much... I loved it but it did feel like a searing blade going through my outer shin at one moment.... goosebumps.... it was great!

I did that whole 3 people with the same (similar) tat and we don't talk to the 3rd person much but it's a great sentimental thing for she and I even with the one "bad" aspect. 

 Also: I have to find the best, most authentic tiger,panther,big cat tat for my back.. I also want just the eyes of a big cat between my shoulders right below my neck.. anyone got any helpful hints that'd be great!! thanks!

I'm new to this group - I have just one tattoo on the top of my right thigh. It is a celtic symbol of fertility. It is beautiful and have been planning a second ever since I had it done (5 years ago). I want something fairly large on my back but as I am sure you all appreciate you have to get these things right and that can take time. Love the pictures. Can't upload mine not sure how it works.

ohhh, I like the fairy idea!!  Your tattoo on you foot makes me wish I didn't already have my feet tattooed so I could start from scratch! OH WELL!

I also have the back of my neck and the side of my neck tattooed and I forget sometimes too.  When I wear my hair up and I get funny looks I'm like "man, why are people staring at me?!" LOL.

Nice work!  Is that sun on the back of your neck?  I couldn't really tell.  I need to get some pictures taken of my tattoos.  I have quite a few... I have my chest, my upper and lower back, the back of my neck, the side of my neck, feet, legs, hands, 1/2 sleeve on one arm and not quite that much on the other arm.   I just joined up and I wanted to share one tattoo I have with you. This one is on my foot and it goes up past my ankle on the side of my leg. I also have a sun on my neck but I was unable to get a good picture myself so I will have to have my hubby take one. I will add them into my photo album hopefully tomorrow!!!
