Creating art,a song,or a poem.Listening to music.Prayer/meditation.When it is nice,I like to sit outside,especially near the water,with coffee at sunrise or sunset to watch it-maybe even paint it.I live near Cornell University,one of these sundays I want to go to the place they have the flowers they grow up there,I think that it is called Cornell Plantations. To me, early autumn is the best time of year... Comfortable weather, fruits, bright foliage - I've always loved September and October!

I honestly have a tough time deciding what my favorite holiday is but I think I would have to say that it is Christmas. Mostly because many seem to at least almost get that we should extend kindness and love to all of our brothers and sisters.
Do you enjoy taking strolls along the beach or would you rather take a hike on a mountain trail?
I love both,Les-it is hard to say my favorite.I think I would say the beach if there is solotude there,as I prefer to do my prayers and meditation near the water,especiallly at sunrise.Love both,but I think that I would pick that one.

Ohh boy, Chrissie that is surely a tough one! There are many, many films that I like but I guess that I will have to admit that I must watch "It's a Womderful Life" every Christmas season and I have been around for more than a couple. ----Holly, I feel the same as I can just it when I am near water.

I use several.I prefer them,prayer,and meditation to the garbage and side affects of the pharmacutical company.

I have many very close neighbours , its crowded here in London , some are nice & friendly , I have a lovely Somali family next door , very polite , always say hello , and a guy called Jim lives across the street who has become a real friend

I like to grow flowers AND food in my garden.Grow in pots indoors when it is cold.

I can fly (lol) and my favourite place to go back to would be Greece with its beautiful bluey green seas, warm sun,friendly people and many places of interest. Fabulous !

My biggest worry is how the gov't is getting into our personal business and restricting our freedoms more and more.
How do you help yourself when you are worried?
When I have something that is worrying me,I discuss it with friends or family which I find often helps by getting a different perspective on it. A trouble shared and all that and I am there for them too.

My favourite film is a very old one called "Imitation of life "I have two mixed race grandchildren and it really gets me every time I watch it,in fact I defy anyone to watch the end without shedding a tear or two.

I actually watch the sunrise often. Some native ceremonies center around this and often on the solstice and equinox I do this even when alone.
