Dear Friends: Please sign immediately! Korean woman in Russia abducts both pets and strays to fatten up and skin alive for Asian meat markets! She has the sick audacity to charge owners more money to get their own pets back than the price she would sell the dog for meat! People are intimiated by her and afraid to act!
