The Coalition to Stop $30 Billion to Israel, a member group of the US Campaign, put up 23 billboards like this in the Los Angeles area a few weeks ago. 
As you can see, CBS Outdoor, the billboard company, then promptly took them down.
Why? Perhaps it had something to do with Rep. Howard Berman complaining about them in a press release.

ONE OF THE HEADS OF POLICE HAS A COUNTRY PLACE NEAR TO THE RAIDED FARM AND HE MAY BE ABLE TO FOSTER SOME OF THE HORSES AND COWS...WE WILL TAKE SOME OF THE SMALLER ANIMALS; GOATS, SHEEP AND PIGLETS...THEY ARE NOT IN VERY GOOD SHAPE, BUT WE WILL TRY TO GET THEM WELL AGAIN SO THAT THEY CAN LIVE OUT THEIR LIVES AT OUR SANCTUARY.

THE SCENE WAS APOCALYPTIC AS EVERYONE WILL SEE IN THE FIRST PART OF THE VIDEO WHERE THE CHIEF OF THE PRECINCT SHOWS US THE FIRST IMAGES WHICH ARE NOW IN THE HANDS OF THE COURT...THE JUDGE HAS ORDERED THE ANIMALS TO BE UNDER OUR CARE, BUT WE CANNOT REMOVE THEM FROM THE PREMISES BECAUSE FIRST WE NEED BLOOD SAMPLES FROM ALL OF THEM; SECOND: AS ALL CAN SEE, THERE ARE MANY ANIMALS THAT WON'T BE ABLE TO TRAVEL DUE TO THE DESPICABLE CONDITION THEY ARE IN...IT'S MORE THAT AN HOUR'S TRIP TO OUR SANCTUARY AND MOST OF THE ANIMALS WILL DIE FOR SURE, SO THE ONLY THING WE CAN DO IS TO TAKE FOOD...YOU'LL SEE A HUGE ROLL OF ALFALFA (THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE, AS WE CAN'T USE THE ALFALFA FROM OUR SHELTER DUE TO THE SEWAGE SPILL) AND WE ARE ALSO TAKING SPECIAL FOOD FOR ALL OF THE ANIMALS ON MONDAY. WE ALSO NEED TO GET AN ANTI-PARASITE DRUG TO DE-WORM ALL OF THE ANIMALS...YOU CAN SEE THE PARASITES STILL ALIVE IN THE MANURE...THE WHOLE THING IS A COMPLETE AND ABSOLUTE TRAGEDY AND THE OWNER LIVES OFF THE ANIMALS. THEY ARE ALL RACE TRACK HORSES, AND HE RAISES AND SELLS THE OTHER POOR ANIMALS FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION...HE DOESN'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THE ANIMALS, JUST A MEANS TO GET MONEY...COQUI GAVE HIM A TONGUE LASHING AND THE TWO POLICE OFFICERS DID NOT SAY A WORD, THEY WERE READY TO SHOOT THE BASTARD ON THE SPOT...WE WILL GO EVERYDAY TO TRY TO HELP THE SICK ANIMALS, BUT IT DOESN'T LOOK GOOD FOR A LOT OF THEM...BUT WE WILL TRY OUR BEST.

WE HAVE SPENT THESE PAST FEW DAYS ASSISTING SOME FARM ANIMALS; IT IS HARD TO BELIEVE THE DESPICABLE CONDITION THAT THEY ARE IN...THE VIDEO AND THE IMAGES ARE APPALLING....THE MISCREANT, ANGEL SANCHEZ IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL OF THIS...WE RECEIVED A TELEPHONE CALL ON JUNE 26TH, FROM A NEIGHBOUR FARMER ABOUT THIS HORROR, STATING THAT THIS MONSTER HAD ANIMALS DEAD, AND SCATTERED AROUND THE FARM DUE TO HIS UNBELIEVABLE NEGLIGENCE.

His life was a living HELL! Unloved, abused, neglected, hungry, thirsty, freezing, and sweltering. The family who treated him in this way are not being prosecuted, and the woman who tried to save him, is. 

Thise of you who are more knowledgable about legalities than I am, please do what you can.
