Last week we reported on the increasingly dictatorial trend of the Obama administration. Now we feature a video highlighting this disturbing trend in Obama’s own words.
In the video, Obama laments that he cannot rule by authoritative fiat and bypass Congress and the American people. He states that despite laws enacted by Congress and the American people, he will do what he wants – or rather, what his globalist handlers want.
Obama presides over an almost complete overthrow of the Constitution. It is treason manifest, but the establishment media will not point this out and instead make excuses for what amounts to a coup d’etat.
The latest violation of the Constitution came last week when Obama said he will impose by decree amnesty for illegal aliens. Remarkably, few people in Congress complained or protested this abrogation of the Constitution and the laws of the land.
Prior to this, Obama’s chief of staff, David Axlerod, said the Obama administration will call for destroying the First Amendment in order to stifle and criminalize his critics.
In May, Obama threatened to stop sending Medicare payments to old people if the Supreme Court does not rule in his favor on Obamacare, legislation that subverts the very foundation of the Constitution and underscores Obama’s arrogation of power reserved for the people.
He has worked hand-in-glove with the globalists who are determined to undermine and do away with the Constitution. Last week we revealed a leaked document posted on the Public Citizen website that details the Obama administration’s “trade objectives” under the Trans-Pacific Partnership, including a plan to allow transnational corporations to skirt American banking, investment, environmental and labor laws.
It’s Official: Presidency Now a Dictatorship spells out all of Obama’s crimes. Now is the time for a move to not only impeach this president, but put him on trial for high crimes and misdemeanors. Congress – increasingly irrelevant – needs to act before it is too late and it becomes entirely ceremonial.
Although it may seem that Congress is turning it's back on the people and the Constitution, in reality, they are not. This country lost it's Constitution in 1933 when FDR declared that our nation was bankrupt and called in all the gold. A bankrupt nation (which no longer has a treasury if it's bankrupt) cannot have a constitution. No President since FDR has ever attempted to reinstate the Constitution either. We have only been living under the "color" of that great document for the past 79 years. That is how our government has been so successful in whittling away our rights......a little at a time......to prevent a mass panic and protest. Yes....we are now under a Dictatorship and have been for some time. Do not hope for it to get any better, it won't.

Calling in the gold took away half of our monetary system. We lost the other half in 1963 with the assassination of JFK. The very day he died, the government called in all of the Silver Certificates and they released a flood of the Federal Reserve Notes the following day. For the next 5 years they allowed citizens to exchange these notes at the bank for silver dollars but after 5 years that privilege ceased. That was just to condition us into believing that our paper money was still just as valuable as before. With the disappearance of the Silver Certificates, our monetary system also disappeared.
The Constitution under the powers of Congress, states that Congress shall have the power to "coin money"......not print it. Congress, in the Legislative Branch, cannot delegate it's power to another entity or agency of another Branch. So why did we allow the Treasurey Dept. to start issuing printed currency? The Constitution also says that Congress has the power to "lay and collect taxes". So why was this power delegated to the IRS, which is under the Treasury Dept. in the Administrative/Executive Branch of government? Also, are you aware that the United States of America no longer has a treasury dept.? The treasury we use now is the Treasury of the U.N., acting for the United States since we no longer have one. If we are bankrupt since 1933, there is nothing there, ours has been dissolved. There is so much deception involved and words have been so twisted that nothing means the same as it used to anymore. There are even 2 United States on this soil. You need to learn which is which and under which one you are a member or citizen of. Which set of laws apply to you and which ones don't. This is all "Corruption 101". Until you know what the structure is of your government, you cannot begin to accurately judge and analyze it. If I could go back in time to 1962, I would have stayed in college and studied for the next 20 years and still wouldn't know it all. You will never know how much I regret the time I lost by not keeping with my studies.
You can still have a Country,even though it is bankrupt,but you do get it as a bankrupt Country in the litersl sense,but listen to her people,though she is not going back far enough,she is correct,for money is one of the markers if you have a Country,if not,you have a "Failed Country",a U N desiganted Country Term,perhaps,or at least they do use it as a Country catacory.
Right now,for different & adding to it,perhaps the same as U S reason,Mexico is another Failed Country,one so far gone some are now designating it so in published articles-very dangerious having those for any Country wanting to remain a Country!
We well may have more than just 2 Counties here though.
Likely more or less but far different soon if this keeps up,& if you know a way to aviod this Path,please teach us! ?

O O O.......when I spoke of 2 United States.......I was referring to the union of states, the United States of America, and the corporate United States, which is the Washington D.C. area and a 4 mile radius around it. This is our governments empire. They write laws for this United States and then enforce it upon the Union of States which is illegal. Technically, since the D.C. area is not a state of the Union, then the citizens born therein are not actual citizens of the United States of America. Why are they allowed to vote? Why are they not exempt from the Federal Income Tax......or better yet......why doesn't it ONLY apply to them and not us? The same situation with Ohio, it has never legally achieved statehood into the Union of States. It is still Northwest Territory. Why are they allowed to vote and why do they have senators and representatives in our Congress? Questions all day long and there are no answers. If I were to go back further........and yet further........the mess would only get bigger and more corrupt. I went back far enough to make the point clear that We Have NO Constitution anymore and why. There was no need to go back any further. Yes.....we still have a country, but we are......whether we admit it or not......a conquered nation and a conquered people......just like the Native Americans. The government is OUT of control and there is no way for us to stop them. We have too much ignorance and apathy for any real remedy.

Normaly,you might be correct,not in this case,as the DC is not a State,nor by law can become one,but was made of more than one State specificly for the purpose of being the place to make law,rule from,yet not be beholden to nor force othere States to be ruled by any one State. This area it sits one still is a legal part of & a member of the United States.

So sorry O O O, but I beg to differ with you on this one. The Constitution of the United States of America says in Article 1 Section 9......No Bill or Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed. When this "so-called" correction, as you put it, too place in the 1950's, they back dated it to 1803 when the original application for statehood was made. That IS an ex post facto Law. Thus, illegal statehood for Ohio still.

Actually, I was referring to the residents of Ohio. Since they are not legally a State of the Union, they are still NW Territory and we all know that Territories do not have senators in Congress.

I am more than aware of how this corruption can be stopped, but there are not enough wise and properly educated persons to carry it out and the ignorant reign supreme across this nation. There are too many interest groups that would lose their "hand-outs" if the situation were corrected. There are too many that would lose their plush way of living and excessive retirement funds. There are too many power hungry and greedy degenerates that would become unimportant and insignificant if things were done in an orderly and lawful manner. In other words, the "gimme" groups outweigh the parties interested in establishing a true and honest government to live by. The servants no longer recognize the masters. They have over-run the plantation and are holding the servants hostage to their own retarded image of how to run a nation efficiently. What you say sounds good and is the way it should be, BUT........it's no longer like that! Time to wake up and smell the coffee.

A new law passed by legislature is legal......PROVIDING......it is in harmony with the Supreme Law of the Land, which is the Constitution of the United States of America.
In 1985, Sherrod Brown, Secretary of State of the (so-called) State of Ohio, responded to an inquiry by my husband, in writing, that yes, Ohio was bound by Article 1 Section 9 of the United States Constitution which reads:
No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed.
Now, my QUESTION is this: What makes a person "legally qualified" to pass laws? Please respond.
