Did you see the video? my husband has type 2 diabetes and with control diet , he went from Metformin to insulin...

I didn't see the video and since it is 35 minues long, I am not going to watch it. My point being the it is mainly "lifestyle"- excess eating, being overwieght, and eating too much sugar and starch, that has caused most of the Type 2 diabetes. Watch what you eat and you shouldn't be diabetic- Type II anyway.
