The world’s species are disappearing – fast.
Around the world, a species goes extinct every 20 minutes. We need these species if we are going to thrive.
The threat to biodiversity is stronger than ever. Human activity is destroying the ecosystems inhabited by critical species around the world.
Join me in taking a stand to protect species – by protecting the places where they live. Support a global agreement to protect and effectively manage at least 25% of Earth’s land and inland waters and 15% of marine ecosystems by 2020:
Thousands already have signed this petition, sending a message to world leaders at the CBD: We are taking action to protect biodiversity. And so should they.
I’ll be in Nagoya in my role as vice chairman of CI’s board of directors to assure our message is heard loud and clear in the halls of power.
Help me make that message as strong as possible. Sign the CBD petition and help us safeguard life around the world:
Thanks for your support,
