I would want to run this by my docts first before taking any OTC supplements as the
docts know what it safe and what is not...

It is important to research not just what to take but HOW to take them.

Some are best taken in combination, some not. Some with food, some not.

Hello Frank, thats true, found this page very interesting and have already shared it with other sufferers too elsewhere.  Some say take the Thyroxine early in the morning and not to take anti depressants till later at least, I take them at noon for safety reasons, that includes the Lithium too.  I have been taking a multi one, but for years have been taking Vit. B group.  Only not recently though and now the Flu. So back onto them I go, I guess it is like having a break and when I do go off them my auto immune system becomes even more weaker that was. Bye for not and GBU, Jennifer
