Obama appointed him as Secretary of Agriculture of the USDA.
☠ In 1981 Michael Taylor went into private practice at King & Spalding, a law firm, one client of which was the biotechnology company Monsanto, where he established and led the firm's food and drug law practice. Obama appointed him as Deputy Commissioner for Foods, FDA.
☠ Attorney General – Eric Holder...a member of the American Constitution Society, a ACLU-type group dedicated to destroying much the Constitution in order to make it “relevant” to the modern world.

Beachy, in 2001, was awarded the Wolf Prize in Agriculture "for the use of recombinant DNA technology, to revolutionize plant and animal sciences, paving the way for applications to neighboring fields". In 2009 – Dr. Roger N. Beachy, the founding President of the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center in St. Louis, MO, was appointed the first Director of the National Institute of Food and Agriculture by Obama!
