The education was free, the health system was free, it had the best Literacy, lowest infant mortality and highest life expectancy.
There was security and the women had the most rights as in no other Arab country.

1 Pensions, unemployment care, health care, survivor in Libya were all free !
Unemployed get an average salary of their profession as a grant.
2 Household electricity for free, heavily subsidized food, a loaf of bread cost less than 1 cent, gasoline cost about 10 cents per liter.
Prior the seizure by M. Ghaddafi, Libya was the poorest country in the world.
It developed to the richest country in Africa, even richer than about Portugal or Poland.
The wealth of the country benefited all citizens; the % rate of poor was very low.
Wages and salaries were a surprisingly high level, there was neither exploitation nor wage-dumping.
3 All banks belonged to the state.
The Federal Reserve was a government institution.
Under Ghaddafi health insurance was a human right and was free for all Libyans. So America is justified in terms of health insurance, education, and economic justice, to export democracy to Libya or America should have followed the example of Libya ?
