My Observations: We hear a lot about "regulation". Fact is that the government is being funded by the big banks and so called "fines" at the same time those banks are bigger, more powerful and the CEO's are MUCH richer for engaging in outright fraud. Regulation is used by the powerful for their own purposes. This is synergistic to government and Wall Street, but parasitic to the nation and toxic to "justice" as some are effectively above the law, this is now codified by legislation and guaranteed monetary support via the Federal Reserve as; "too big to fail".

.

Key words in the clip: "....prosecutors should prosecute....". Yes, but they won't. The government is making out by this scam through fines that go.......to government! Wall Street is overjoyed to pay a little and get back a HUGE government backed return. One hand washes the other. Government wins. Wall Street banks win. The people lose. This is another confirmation that Libertarians, Austrian Economists and other critics of the corrupt monetary and regulatory system have and continue to be completely correct.

.

"Government justice" is a joke. The government will NEVER punish the powerful and will extract from those that have little political power to enhance the wealth of those that do. "Elections" are completly tainted by a compromised media. controlled by the "party's" and election commissions which are just another means of managing the public.

.

The rich and powerful are getting richer and more powerful, not by being productive which would benefit society, but by and through government influence. Meanwhile, the lot of the general population declines and the people are divided against one another on one pretext after another.
