Republican Governors and Success

From Human Events:

REPUBLICAN GOVERNORS DOMINATE ‘AMERICA’S TOP STATE FOR BUSINESS’

You’ll also notice similarities between states that rank high on the CNBC list — namely that most of the leadership in those states supports economic policies that mirror the national Republican platform.

Here are the top 20 most-friendly business states according to CNBC:

1.Texas
2.Utah
3.Virginia
4.North Carolina
5.North Dakota
6.Nebraska
7.South Dakota
8.Coloradod
9.Georgia
10.Wyoming
11.Minnesota
12.Iowa
13.Idaho
14.Indiana
15.Kansas
16.Tennessee
17.Wisconsin
18.Oregon
19.New Hampshire
20.Arkansas

The top 10 features only one Democrat governor — John Hickenlooper of Colorado–who, it should be noted, is about as business friendly as any politician can be in today’s Democratic Party. In the top 20, there are only five Democratic governors.

The republican governors have been successful in tackling fiscal responsibility by cutting spending across the board and balancing their budgets.    They've had great success in their states.

Seems we tend to get bogged down in all the areas where republicans have failed.   We need to pay attention to the many things that they are continuing to do correctly for the people in their states.

It's important.   It needs to be showcased as a model for growth in our country.   Most of the democrat governors have failed to bring a balanced budget to their states and are in real fiscal trouble.

Diane, this opened my eyes to the fact that recovery and rebuilding has to start somewhere and it is obvious that the Republican governed states are seeing this and making it happen.  They are doing it by proving the Republican principal of cutting spending and balancing budgets does work.  The one area that Obama can't circumvent nor argue out of is that he has not produced a balanced budget, let alone a budget of any sort since 2009.  He can push through Obamacare, he can give money to failed, bankrupt green energy companies, but he can't produce a budget, let alone a balanced one.  He could if he showed as much determination to have his way has he has on these other issues.  No excuse, Obama, you are failing and have failed and there is no excuse for this.

This is why it is paramount that the successful governors in red states be showcased in our posts/threads because the republican's believe in a balanced budget.   Each governor in every state MUST have a balanced budget.    Look at Illinois....holy cripes!
