Remember to breathe deeply when you read this.Tonopah Solar CompanyTonopah Solar CompanyThe Solar thing just got a little more interesting! The Tonopah Solar company in Harry Reid's Nevadais getting a $737 million loan from Obama's DOE.(That's right, $737 million)The project will produce a 110 megawatt power systemand employs 45 permanent workers. That's costing us just $16 million per job.

Thank you Tara Jane for this information. Now what do you suppose would happen if this were George W. Bush and Dick Cheney doing something like this? How acceptable would the Democrats and media find this sort of thing? What is the difference between Harry Reid seeing that deals are granted to a Company in Nevada, his home state, that happens to also be a company in which Representative Nancy Pelosi's brother-in-law happens to be the executive director? Sounds a lot like a parrallal to Haliburtun, doesn't it? Cheney worked for them and then when the won rebuilding contracts for Iraq the Democrats and media were all over it. So, why is this conduct allowed now without media coverage and condemnation? I, personally, find both examples wrong and do not condone it in either case; therefore, what makes this right?
