Contest Ends Tom. "WILL AND GRACE WANT TO BE COVER DOGS IN ORDER TO INSPIRE CHANGE & MOTIVATE OTHERS TO HELP DOGS IN NEED" They also want to be on the cover because they love attention! For years people ignored them and the fact that they were abused & suffering. Will lived in a small cage for THREE YEARS, in the front yard of his abuser, so people could tease and taunt him. Grace was inside a chain link fence chained to an old shed. She was dragging a heavy chain the day she gave birth to her puppies! No one knows that happened to her babies. I rescued them that day!! I have been caring for them since February '13 until they are adopted to their forever home. Three months after they were rescued Grace was diagnosed with torn ACL's & Osteo Arthritis in both of her hind legs. The Vet said surgery was necessary or I would need to euthanize her because the pain would only get worse. She had her first TTA surgery in June which was a huge success! She has a checkup in September to see if she will need the other one. She is very sweet...a little lady and a lot tomboy at the same time. Will is a people lover that will sit and stare at you for hours, as long as you pet him. If you don't pet him he will crawl in your lap to remind you to love on him. He's a silly goofball that keeps me laughing and smiling all the time. They are currently in 5th place. Please help them win to bring to light the horrors of tethering and leaving your dog in a cage neglected. Thanx
