Was going through my Groups as many have vanished. I've been sick for months so try to do a little bit as I also have 4 Groups to run, But Care 2, did a Clean Sweep of Defunct groups so I've tried to stop by and Sign at least one Petiton per day or when I can get on, as I said I'm rather ill and lost my dog Dottie a year ago, and my Brother. Now I have a new Shelter dog, a stray Baron Jack Russell Terrier who acts like she's on cocaine I named Spot, like our 1st Grade book.   I remember that photo now again of those skinny lions and am sad again.   That petition is Closed as are others but I've signed some in my Hotmail too. Just wanted to make sure someone was still here. Anyway if you want to see my new doggy who kept me company this Christmas so I wasn't alone, you can see her in my "FrogsRus" Group of which some of you are members. She is posted in "The Feel Good Pond: Play-Date # 19", on her Adoption day, which is for Fur Babys. Come take a look, No need to Join just to look around. Oh, and Happy New Year to everyone          from me and "Spot the Terror".

I signed some petitions that I missed, thanks to June, my Friend Olga and who posted petitions. But I have to underline that I not sign petitions that not have a clear target, also I personally think that is useless to make petitions with target a animal rights organization or similar, I don't understand why you have to remember them that this or another animal must be protected. But this is my opinion. Thanks to all of you.

Amur leopards are teetering on the brink of extinction

Save the Flat-Headed Cat
The flat-headed cat is a small wild cat patchily distributed in the Thai-Malay Peninsula, Borneo and Sumatra. Since 2008, it has been listed as endangered by the IUCN due to destruction of wetlands in their habitat. It is suspected that the effective population size could be fewer than 2,500 mature individuals, with no subpopulation having an effective population size larger than 250 adult individuals.

Help the Margay Survive

The Margay is a beautiful, intellegent, mysterious wildcat aboreal by nature. Living in the trees the Margay hunts, jumps, climbs, and plays... however, their habitats are being destroyed amongst many other threats they face.

The Margay fights for survival as it faces deforestation, underground fur trade, and illigal hunting.  There are only 64 worldwide.

Outlaw Captive Lion Hunting
Petition South Africa’s government to ban this ruthless malice and end the suffering of captive lions before there are none left.

Protect Florida Panthers from Big Oil
Urge the EPA to comply with the Endangered Species Act, to ensure that big oil does not condemn the Florida panther to extinction in the wild. Oil companies have lobbyists working hard for their interests. The endangered panthers, other wildlife, and local residents need us to advocate equally as hard for their well-being.

According to the United States Department of Agriculture, lions are not currently protected as an endangered cat in the U.S., and there are no laws prohibiting its sale. It also falls outside the USDA's inspection parameters and under those of the Food and Drug Administration, which categorizes lion as a "game meat".(Game meat is any animal hunted for food or not normally domesticated. Game animals are also hunted for sport)
One of the first lion meat cases evolved in 2010, when an Arizona restaurant served up lion meat burgers in honour of the South African football World Cup. It sparked criticism—and drew in a fresh se

Stop the Poisoning of Thailand Tigers

The problem of poaching is devastating for wild tigers in Thailand and other neighboring countries. Poachers’ tactics are becoming more extreme as they grow more desperate to meet the demands of the black market, whose customers see these animals as rare delicacies. Throughout Thailand, it is estimated that there are about two hundred wild tigers left. But sadly, poachers are quickly dropping that number and there needs to be something done to stop them. Please sign this petition to stop the poachers from killing any more tigers.

Protect Bison from Senseless Slaughter

A slaughter is taking place right now in Yellowstone National Park. The park is home to the last herd of bison that once roamed west of the Mississippi, and which numbered in the tens of millions before hunting cut their numbers to just fifty in the early twentieth century. We must petition Montana to allow these bison to wander into the lowlands without being massacred.

We now need this petition to be approved so the killing of these beautiful animals is stopped and their suffering is ended. Sign this petition, and demand that Governor Bullock allocate these lands to the bison.

Stop the Needless Slaughter of Hundreds of Bison

Yellowstone is home to one of the last genetically pure herds of bison left in North America. Up to 1,600 of this 4,600-strong herd could be killed under this appalling scheme, once again preventing the herd’s expansion and setting back bison restoration to other areas of their historic range.

Tell SeaWorld To Close Public Feeding Tanks

Nobody understands the love of dolphins more than we do, and in order to protect them and the people who love them, public feeding tanks, like the one at SeaWorld, need to be closed. Most animal theme parks have discontinued dolphin-feeding programs because of the risks to the dolphins and the untrained public, making SeaWorld one of the last parks to follow suit.

Save the Fishing Cat
The fishing cat (Prionailurus viverrinus) is a medium-sized wild cat of South and Southeast Asia. Over the last decade, the fishing cat population throughout much of its Asian range declined severely.

Save the Andean Mountain Cat

The Andean mountain cat (Leopardus jacobita) is a small wild cat. Fewer than 2,500 individuals are thought to exist. This cat is one of about two dozen small wild cat species found around the world.
In 2002 the status of the Andean cat was moved from Vulnerable to Endangered on the IUCN Red List. Due to the Andean cat's habitat being spread across four countries, biologists have attempted to collaborate in efforts to protect the species. One of the groups formed was the Andean Cat Conservation Committee, now known as the Andean Cat Alliance.

Tell Lumber Liquidators: "No Tiger Extinction for Flooring!"

A shocking new report shows direct ties between hardwood flooring giant Lumber Liquidators, organized crime, and the illegal logging of the habitat of the last 450 Siberian Tigers. This shameless disregard for the last few remaining members of the species in pursuit of cheap flooring is not only disgusting, it's illegal under American law and has prompted a federal investigation.

The time for action is now—add your name below to send your message directly to Lumber Liquidators.

Witness the demon gloating with her "prize" and playing with her bow and arrows.

I'm promoting this petition despite the obvious flaw that this gutless wonder is far from the only killer visiting Africa to take the lives of endangered wildlife because the world needs to continue seeing and hearing about these idiots.

I'm promoting this petition because even though it will not stop hunting in South Africa tomorrow it brings necessary attention to the lunacy of the "sport" and shame to the nation. It also highlights of the plight of African lions, one of the many endangered species that should be completely off the table for hunters anywhere.

Melissa Bachman is not new to criticism for killing innocents. You can visit her "trophy room" at and see all of the lives she's taken for the fun of it. She appears to have a particular taste for crocodiles and bears, but is also seen gloating over coyotes, wild boars, zebras and elk. You can also Google her and find tons of photos showcasing her posing with the animals she's murdered. This time around, she had the audacity to flaunt her lion kill on Twitter and Facebook, which she had to shut down because of the backlash. She was also kicked off of Nat Geo thanks to a petition calling her out on her trophy hunting a year ago but is now back in action televising her global hunts on a show called "Winchester's Deadly Passion."

Please share the petition far and wide. Post on all social media sites and condemn this demon and all others like her for her senseless bloodletting in the name of cheap freakin' thrills.

Unchain Pinnawala's manacled elephant babies

Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage in Sri Lanka is a major tourist attraction. There is an inhumane act that takes place here daily to entertain the visitors and make money. Baby elephants are manacled on both legs, so that visitors can purchase a milk bottle and feed the restrained baby. These babies should be with their mothers suckling milk from them amongst the herd. The babies are restless, anxious and terrified and want to break lose. The solution is for the visitors to view the babies and the herds in their natural environment, for which money can be charged, if necessary.
