How many remember Unsolved Mysteries? I still enjoy the show. It is only on the Lifetime channel now.

The whole family enjoyed this. Was it Robert Stack who was the host? Can't remember.
When my youngest daughter was a teenager she used to watch the local show "Crimestoppers" in the hope that when they showed the video footage of a crime she'd see someone she knew so she could phone up. Not sure if she was motivated by the reward money or altruism. I did worry tho' cos she seemed to expect to see someone. Just who was she mixing with!!!!
the host was Robert Stack. I still watch the repeats, when there is nothing else on............LOL.........

I have a confession....
....I am totally creeped out by that show! 
I saw it for the first time when I was in the hospital---about 2am--- and pumped up to the max on painkillers. I was already thinking I was seeing things....
....when this show came on about death....
....and ghosts....
....and creepy things that I can't remember. 
All I know is, for about a week, the nurse kept turning the TV on to that channel and leaving, and I couldn't even figure out how to work the call light (Ididn't even know where it was-I was soo...out of it! 
). So, I would just lay there and watch it.... ....and by the end of the week, there was NO WAY I would lie in a dark room to try and sleep. 
I guess between the medication and the show I had become completely paranoid of the dark.

There's a new show that we have airing here that's very similar to this show.It's called: UNEXPLAINED MYSTERIES. Last Saturday it talked about 4 people who were abducted while on a camping trip.

Unexplained Mysteries sounds awesome. Saturdays stink for me being at camp. Guess I better set the VCR before we go to camp.

...What did you think of Unexplained Mysteries? Have you had a chance to see it yet? I actually watched the show. I guess as long as it doesn't deal with "ghosts", I guess I'm OK.
