Photos, please? May 10, 2005 1:33 PM

Dear Ginger,

Now that I've finally learned how to "compress" and post photos in my albums, I'd like to add a few to this topic but I don't know how to go about it!  Can anyone please help?

THANKS!!

I'm back again, Ginger!  I managed to transfer Tony's photo from my album but it's overwhelming!  How can I make it smaller?  I'd like to do the same with a few more people too!

Thanks!

Do you have microsoft photo editor? May 11, 2005 9:27 AM

Do you have microsoft photo editor? Or if you have saved it within your folder, My Documents, you can usually right click on the photo and it will give you the option to open and click to open and than go resize on your toolbar. I am not sure if this is making any sense. I can tell you are excited about posting his photo. I wish I knew how to post them on here without using a link. Does anybody know how to do this? ---ginger  [ send green star]

To post a photo on the board all you have to do is bring it up in your album and copy it (highlight/ left click) and then paste it( right click) it to an open message.  [ send green star]

Thanks, Girls! May 11, 2005 1:37 PM

Daria, you're my "Guardian Angel"!  Thanks also for your beautiful compliments, Ginger.

This photo was taken in 1999 at a "Double Birthday Party" we organized.  T. was born on Nov. 13 and I was born on the 19th.  It was also Tony's first official introduction to my family and friends. We received lots of beautiful presents and the food was fantastic!  It was truly one of the best evenings of my life!

Tony looked very handsome and distinguished.  We were proud of each other,  and, most of all, we were in love.  Everybody noticed it and was happy for us!

I'll love you forever, Tony.  You're my angel.

I responded to your posting May 12, 2005 1:19 AM

yesterday but somehow it disappeared?!  I guess PC's do that sometimes?

Anyway, I simply wanted to stress the fact that your lovely nice had a sweet expression on her face and looked like a peaceful soul who was concerned about people and the world as a whole.  At least, that's the impression that I get...

I'm glad that you posted her photo, Ginger.  That means you're more at peace within yourself.  Thanks for the candles and nice comments on Tony.  He was my light and love...

Hugs, my dear,

Giuliana aka Princess Little Rock

Yes, she was at that Guiliana, May 12, 2005 8:06 AM

Yes, she was at that Guiliana, a peace lover and rabble rouser like me a bit eh. LOL Rachel was one kewl beans chickadee. Perhaps I have grown with this journey of mine but I still have questions. And they always haunt me.

Needless to say she was loved beyond measure and admired. Thank you Guiliana for your gracious and kind words about her.

May the      shine down upon you today and at the end of your day find a  has paved the way to a from me to you for a brighter blessed way. ---ginger

Glad to help May 13, 2005 8:01 PM

Your pics came out great.   Most of the time photos just copied from the web don't come out on care2.  But once they are in your album and you copy from there they come out fine.

Giuliana, I have to agree that your Tony was handsome.  I know how much you miss him.  Please remember the phrase... It's better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all.

Ginger, your nice Rachel was a beautiful girl.  Thanks for sharing her photo.

   Take care.   Blessings.    Daria
